Baldomer Gili, a versatile painter and artist, took photos in order to create his paintings. The Jaume Morera Museum in Lleida preserves over one thousand Photographic plates containing a wide selection of photos that he took in Calella de Palafrugell at the beginning of the 20th century. These are unique images from over a century ago. For the first time we have a chance to take a closer look at the life of Calella inhabitants as well as the first holidaymakers.
